What is the shipping like?

We ship worldwide for FREE using Royal Mail Priority delivery for orders over $50 USD / £30 GBP.

Deliveries are tracked via USPS / Royal Mail. This is a reliable shipping service that allows us to deliver to over 200 countries worldwide!

UK: 1-2 days delivery

EU: 4-7 days delivery

USA: 4-10 days delivery

Rest of the world: 5-14 days delivery

What about tariffs and custom fees?

We've got you covered! Tariff's and customs fees are included in our pricing for the USA, CANADA and EU international buyers -

Oh no, I think my order is missing!?

We are experienced in International shipping and we know that lost packages are rare. On rare occasions there can be some delays in transit or at customs. Please refer to the above time estimates before getting in touch with us via email - and we'll be happy to help out

What are the sizing options?

At the moment we cover 2 size ranges for our launch range:

Medium:

UK 4-7
USA (M) 5-8
USA (F) 6.5-9
EUR 37-40)

Large:

UK 8-12
USA (M) 8.5 - 12
USA (F) 9.5-13
EUR 41-45)

Where are the socks made?

Our socks are designed in house by our UK team, and then manufactured in Turkey. We visit our manufacturing partner every year to ensure the high standards of working conditions, materials and processes are maintained.

What materials are used to make the socks?

Our socks are composed of the following yarns:

75% combed cotton

23% polyamide

2% elastane

To maintain the colour and durability of your socks, we recommend handwashing, or turned inside out in the washing machine at 30.C. Hang to dry

What about returns & refunds?

We know you will LOVE your new Afropop Socks, but we understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan. Returns and exchanges are admitted in any incidence of incorrect sizes or styles being delivered.

Refunds are only authorised where the item is faulty. Please get in touch with us via email with photos and we will arrange a return.

How can I make a change to an order?

If you need to make changes to an order whether it be a new shipping address, or different products, please get in touch via email using the title CHANGE in the subject line. If you order has not yet been dispatched we'll be able to make changes for you. After orders have been shipped we will need to go through the exchange process.
